Say kind words to yourself each day, give yourself grace & patience, Encourage yourself with pep talks (no one knows you better than yourself)


QUALITY TIME

Begin journaling more often (so many positive benefits), go on more trips to places you have always wanted to travel to, take yourself on dates (learn how to love being by yourself). Surprisingly you actually start to learn so much more about yourself, that you didn’t know before.

GIFTS

Go on a shopping spree & buy something you’ve always wanted , spend your money on things that you enjoy and bring you happiness. You as well don’t need to spend money if you do not need to, make yourself a gift, get creative!


ACTS OF SERVICE

Go do something nice for yourself, start a new creativity hobby(learn how to sew, learn how to draw, do some painting), catch up on sleep (sleep in on the weekends) take space to clean your environment & organize your space, (a clean house makes a happy individual) if you need a break take PTO to rest (remember that job will always be there, you won’t) Acts of service does not require much, so I know that you can do it!

PHYSICAL TOUCH

Love on your body and take care of your skin (moisturize with Shea butter, put on your favorite scent) Do things that makes your body feels good. Learn to love your body before you try having others love your body. You know how you like to be touched, we don’t!
