✨ Give yourself motivational daily pep talks. If nobody makes you feel motivated you can start by motivating yourself. Say how proud of far you have come. Congratulate yourself when you accomplish milestones no matter how big or small.


✨ Journal before going to bed to help clear your mind. Journaling before you go to bed really relieves stress. Getting a chance to write out everything you are thinking, so that you don’t have millions of things going through your mind while you try to fall asleep. Find self-love prompts!


✨ Leave those toxic friends! They didn’t like you anyways!🤷🏾‍♀️ If they are dragging you down why are you with them. Point. Blank. PERIOD. Find friends that are in your corner, motivate you, congratulate you, celebrate you, inspire you. All that. If you have friends in your corner & that are there for you I’m super proud of you! 👏🏾


✨ Stop putting yourself down & think that you can’t do anything or better yourself! We all have those self doubts but, it’s up to you to either to decide to go down that path or choose the right path. Have faith, pray & it will all work out! You can do ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO!!!


✨ STOP COMPLAINING!!!!!!! By you just always nagging & complaining you’re not getting anything done. GET UP & ACHIEVE IT!
